2. Account Registration & Eligibility

3. Age Verification & KYC

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

- 1 The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
- 2 The bonus amount must meet the specified wagering requirement (x30) before any withdrawal can be made.

- 4 Attempting to exploit bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
- 5 Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned; however, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, all balances will be forfeited. Users may also close their own account by contacting support.

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, x25's designated dispute resolution process must be followed. In the case of disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will serve as the final evidence. x25's decision is final and binding.
